At first, we will mainly take care of all our Colleague who need help, then in our spare time, we willl go out to help others,.
Why we build up Volunteers Association? Because we discovered some workers have some psychological problems, For example, some of them spend too much time on Playing Internet Games at spare time, Even at very late at night, then the next day, they are tired for lack of sleep. This is harmful to their health and also to our production efficiency, Moreover, harmful to our ambience, , And some guys even do gambling by playing card----althought they commonly bet a little money each time, but it is possible they will bet more and more money, and also they are unknowingly wasting their time.....all these problems need to be solved.
As we do not have the right to ask our employees doing or do not doing something at their free time.The best way is to help them to build up the right philosophy---outlook of life. As our Director Manager Mr Bill said, they are the hope of their parents, the hope of their family, They should be on the correct way to success, or at least do not go bad, it is our responsibility to lead them, teach them and help them to be a good man. So we establish this Volunteers Association with the best workers who can help others, who are glad to help others with enthusiasm.
